Terminal is built in two phases
Phase 1: Planned terminal throughput capacity of 1.2 Mn TEUs
Stage 1 – 0.3 Mn TEU capacity. Commenced on September 30, 2011
Stage 2 – A total of 1.2 Mn TEU throughput capacity by March 2012
Phase 2: Capacity of 2 Mn TEUs - Commencement by 2014
